Everton have completed the signing of Juventus striker Moise Kean for £29m plus add-ons
Moise Kean, 19, have competed his move from Seria A champions Juventus to Everton for a deal worth £29m that can end up costing £37m plus add-ons.
Kean was a rising star last season with Juventus, thanks to his attacking instincts and his finishing in front of the goal, he managed to make a name for himself in the European football, he had 17 appearances last season, scored 7 and assisted 1.
Kean have expressed his joy upon joining Everton:
“I was convinced to sign because Everton is a club looking to the future and so am I,” said Kean. “I know about the size of the club. It has big ambition and I will work very hard to help us fulfil what we want to achieve. I am used to winning and I want to bring this winning attitude to the team. I hope I will be very good on the field and bring the fans joy.”
“A striker was one of our priority signings this summer,” said Everton’s manager, Marco Silva. “Moise is strong, fast, with many good qualities as a striker and he is just 19 years old. He has talent and he is ready to work, ready to improve our squad and gives us different solutions.”
The Toffees have sold midfielder Idrissa Gueye to Paris St-Germain for about £30m, as well as winger Ademola Lookman to RB Leipzig for £16m.
