Barcelona have decided to withdraw from the race for De Ligt after player's wage demand and now Juventus are the favorite to sign him
Looks like De Ligt's saga is ending soon with the Dutch joining Ronaldo's side in Torino, a close reporter to the Catalan team from Bein Sports have admitted that Barcelona are to withdraw from the race.
AS also have reported the same and now we can say that De Ligt is far from the Camp Nou than ever and just as far from PSG too as the Parisians were also on the verge of signing him according to L'equipe when his agent Mino Raiola was spotted in Paris.
AS claim that De Ligt have demaned a wage of €12 million yearly which is what Barcelona sees as exaggeration for the 19 years old and it seems like that they couldn't promise him a fix spot in the main squad either which maybe what lured him to La Juve.
Reports also say that the Dutch has demanded Juventus to set a €140 million release clause on his contract which is maybe something Barcelona and PSG would refuse to do.
