Barcelona to make a swap deal with Valencia - reports

Barcelona are intending to make a swap deal with Valencia as they are willing to give them Jasper Cillessen in exchange of their goalkeeper Neto.

Looks like Barcelona have finally found a solution for their second goalkeeper who wants more minutes, Jasper Cillessen who was with the Catalan since 2016 hasn't had enough play time and has asked the club to see his exit.

The solution this time is having him join Valencia in an exchange deal for their Brazilian goalkeeper Neto says RAC 1, this exchange means either Barcelona are going to sell them Cillessen and later Valencia would sell them Neto or it's going to be a simple swap deal with no extra money.

Cillessen, 30, has played 32 matches since he joined Barcelona on 25 August 2016, Conceded 25 goals and had 14 clean sheets. He was the main goalkeeper for La Copa Del Rey while the German giant, Ter Stegen was the main for La Liga and the Champions League, yet the Dutch has had his part in both La Liga and the Champions League too.

He played 3 matches in the Champions League and 5 in La Liga, which is maybe why he wants a tougher challenge this time after he won 2 La Liga titles and 2 Copa Del Rey and 2 Spanish Super Cup with the BlueGrana.

While Neto, 29, played 80 games with Valencia, conceded 82 goals and had 24 clean sheets winning only one Copa Del Rey with them and that was this season against Barcelona in a match that ended 2-0.
