Bayern Munich have made an opening bid of €70 million for Ousmane Dembélé but was immediately rejected by Barcelona who demand €100 million at least
Looks like the German giants have set eyes on Ousmane Dembélé after talks failed with Manchester City over their German winger Leroy Sané.
The winger profile that Bayern searches for matches that of the French, he is fast, skilled, can create chances and why not score critical goals the same way the 22 years old did with Barcelona last season.
However, looks like Bayern's first effort have hit a wall this time again as the Catalan have no interest in selling the French winger, especially not below €100 million, claimed Sport.
Multiple reports linked Barcelona with an emotional return of the Brazilian icon Neymar with Griezmann who is very close to sign with La Liga champions as reports strongly suggest.
Yet the return of the Brazilian could make Dembélé's future at the Camp Nou quite uncertain and not to mention that Barcelona must sell more than a player to secure possible funds to bring the Brazilian back from PSG and of course, there is the wage balance to concern.
It's a question of time now to see if Bayern come back with an improved offer. Dembélé has been linked with PSG as part of the Neymar deal but Barça would prefer to sell him outright in order to raise funds.
